Luciano Vincenzoni (7. März 1926 – 22. September 2013) war ein italienischer Drehbuchautor, bekannt als der „Drehbuchdoktor“. Er schrieb zwischen 1954 und 2000 die Drehbücher für 65 Filme. Vincenzoni wurde in Treviso, Venetien, geboren. Weltweit ist er vor allem für seine Drehbücher zu Sergio Leones „Für ein paar Dollar mehr“ (1965) und „Zwei glorreiche Halunken“ (1966) bekannt, schrieb aber auch Drehbücher für zahlreiche andere Italowestern.
